Swimming Pool Nipple

ABS Male BSP threaded Nipple to solvent male socket and is made from 100% Virgin ABS this is a Class C fitting, designed to thread into various BSP threads, to generally be used with P.T.F.E. tape. Available in 2 standard sizes, 1.5" (most domestic installations) and 2" for larger pools or semi-commercial installations.

Please be aware that swimming pool pipe work is sized from the INSIDE and subsequently LOOKS bigger from the outside (most people wrongly believe their pipe work is 2"). We have placed a picture under the PDF download section showing the 2 common sizes in relation to everyday standard AA & 9V Duracell batteries as an easily referable scale.

ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is an extremely robust thermoplastic material which is ideal for swimming pool installations.
