Certikin PU9 Standard Sealed Beam 300w Underwater Light
Suitable for concrete and liner pools, the liner light complete includes Transformer, Light, Deck Box, flexible conduit, cover plate, lens cover, (sealed lamp housing with 300watt 12v bulb, with a life expectancy of around 800 hours).
Fitted easy-change ‘super strength’ clear safety cover.
Niche designed to angle light beam down 5 degrees to eliminate pool side glare.
Niche guts pack locating lugs and combination pozidrive/slotted housing screws for quick
and easy bulb changing.
The light is available in 3 options Concrete, Shuttered or Liner and can be purchased in 3 variations:
1 - Complete unit i.e. light guts, niche, deck box, cable conduit and transformer - PU9
2 - Simple the light guts & niche - PU9C or PU9L
3 - Just a light guts to replace an old light - PU93S/5S/8S (depending on the cable length you need).

Light internals ’guts’ can be installed in older style light niches.
Corrosion resistant front plate inserts made of brass/nickel.
Micallef style gland inside the niche prevents water entering the conduit.
IP68 rated built-in gland on the light housing eliminating the need for hot melt compounds.
Locating lugs and combi housing screws make bulb changing easier.
Threaded conduit fitting on back of niche to ease installation.
Clip-on faceplate on liner light to cover unsightly screws.
Easy to secure cover plates to finish off concrete pool light.
Vandal proof lens.
Each light should have a minimum cable run of 5 metres from transformer to deck box.
Stainless Steel complete guts pack replacement available for a superior finish.
The Halogen Version of this light is no longer available due to new European Laws outlawing that style of light bulb.
Warranty
This Product has a 1 year warranty on the light housing, but the bulb will have a life expectancy of 800 hours. So if used in a commercial environment where the lights are on for 15 to 18 hours a day the bulb will last on average 48 days.
